Description
The Vehicle Weighing Platform is a portable weighing pad for weighing vehicles on location. It is designed for mobile use, in particular for vehicles with dual wheels or large tyres, such as tractors, heavy trucks, articulated lorries and other vehicles. Each platform is 57 mm high and rated IP67.
Sizes and capacities
Two platform sizes are available, each with three capacities:

Choose the size that matches the tyre footprint of your vehicles, and a capacity that covers the heaviest wheel or axle load with margin. Capacity and readability explained helps with that choice.
Portable aluminium construction
The platform has a special aluminium structure that keeps it light while remaining robust, so it can be used in demanding working conditions. It is 57 mm high, weighs approximately 38 kg and is fitted with wheels for transport between locations. Protection is rated IP67; IP ratings explained describes what that covers.
Indicator and calibration
The platforms can be combined with an indicator such as the WPL R10 weighing indicator. Every scale can be supplied with an EURAMET cg-18 calibration certificate as an option; see EURAMET cg-18 calibration.
Planning a set
How many platforms you need depends on the vehicles and on whether you weigh per wheel or per axle. Tell WPL which vehicles you weigh, their axle configuration and tyre width, and WPL will propose a set.
